They lived in Auchi,Edo State where she obtained her primary education growing up with both parents under strict disciplinary conditions and great principles of hard work & integrity. She relocated from Auchi to Benin City to live with her Aunt ,late Madam Victoria E. Emorinken in 1966.
Deaconess (Mrs) Felicia Ukpenoibuan Ogoigbe met and married her husband, late Mr Jacob Ibiezugbe Ogoigbe in 1967. Their marriage was blessed with nine (9) children;a step-son and eight (8) biological children, and they lived happily together. Due to this, she went into long distance trading, travelling often from Benin to the North, to be able to put food on the table for her children. However in 1989, fortune eventually smiled on her when one of her relatives Mrs Somako helped her gain employment with Edo State Judiciary, where she worked directly in the office of the Chief Justice of Edo State until her retirement in 2013 after getting to the compulsory retirement age of 65years.She served the state for 24years.
Upon her retirement,Deaconess (Mrs) Ogoigbe dedicated her life to her children and to the service of the lord in the church, Christ Apostolic Church of God Mission. (CACGM).
